The Clinic provides aesthetic services including skincare treatments, Botox, and dermal fillers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

2. Appointments and Payments:

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cards and cash. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee (50% of appointment cost).

3. User Conduct:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during consultations and treatments. You agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behavior on our premises or through our communication channels.

4. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website and provided during consultations is the property of Eco-Glow Aesthetics and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Clinic provides services "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the results of our treatments. Individual results may vary.

6. Limitation of Liability:

The Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England, UK. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London.
